I had a delightful stay with my partner and two young kids in a spacious room featuring a king bed and a comfy sofa bed—ideal for our family. The location was perfect, being the furthest from the lift, ensuring peace and quiet throughout our time there. the database I accessed provided valuable information, making our trip planning seamless.
I did notice a minor issue with a few bugs in the room. While this was slightly inconvenient, it didn't greatly impact our overall experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the best and very very good breakfast, pleasant views.
The hotel was beautiful and delightful with good people during the night shift. The setting of property was great and easy, close to everything in the city.

Clean hotel, the staff was extremely friendly.
Had relaxing stay for a business trip. The restaurant was very convenient with very good food and service, we ordered excellent dishes. There were coffee & tea makers, fridges, and glassware, truly enjoyed it. The location was particularly good, at a walking distance from The Entrance Town Centre. Everything was simply modern.

had an amazing stay! the atmosphere was so welcoming, and my suite was beautifully appointed and super clean. it really exceeded my previous experiences in mackay and made this holiday feel like a real treat.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location 5 mins walk from the center. For tea or coffee visit Grazing Goat Cafe nearby. Great-sized and well laid out rooms with a living room and a lounge area.

The service was exceptional, and the location was very comfortable, situated in a fantastic area. It is conveniently close to bars, restaurants, and pubs, as well as Mackay airport, all within walking distance.
